Our website and products are intended for adults aged 18 and above.  By using our website and purchasing our products, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Our products are specialized health and wellness products designed for the adult transgender LGBTQ community.  They are not suitable for everyone.

Orders and Payments

We use Shopify Payments to process all transactions.  Shopify Payments is a secure and reliable payment gateway that allows us to accept various payment methods including most major credit cards.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to all US Territories, Mexico, Israel, Japan, South Korea, South Africa, Hong Kong, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.  

We strive to ship worldwide, but due to varying laws and regulations regarding our products, we currently ship to select countries.  If your country is not listed, please contact us and we'll explore the possibility of adding it to our shipping locations.

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.  

International shipments are responsible for any taxes and duties that may be due upon receipt.  These may be 20%-30% of your total order.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
