Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:

We strive to ensure timely and reliable shipping.  Domestic orders are shipped via UPS and USPS as chosen by the buyer.  Estimated delivery times are as listed by the postal service chosen by the buyer.  Tracking information will be provided by email.

Lost or Missing Items:

In the unlikely event of lost or missing items, please allow additional time (up to 7-14 business days) for delivery. We also kindly request that customers:

1. Check with neighbors, family members, or property managers for items.
2. Contact their local post office or postal service.

After 14 business days we will investigate with the shipping carrier and:

1. Replace or refund the item if deemed lost.
2. Process refunds within 5-7 business days.

For international orders:

1. Estimated delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.
2. Customers are responsible for additional taxes and duties, which cannot be estimated and may be substantial.

We use UPS and USPS for global shipping.  Refunds or replacements will be issued after investigation.

2. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
