Refund policy

All sales are final.  Due to the made-to-order and the nature of our products we do not accept returns. 

Exceptions:

However, we understand that occasionally issues may arise.  If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (within 10 business days of delivery).  Will will provide a refund or replacement, whichever is applicable.  

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  1. Unopened in original packaging.
  2. Defective or damaged upon arrival.
  3. Reported to us within 10 business days of delivery.

Damages and issues:


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

International Orders:

Please note that international orders may incur additional taxes and duties upon delivery.  These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

European Union 14 day cooling off period.

Please note that our products are made-to-order and personal item.  As such, they are exempt from the EU's 14-day cooling-off period for distance selling.

Items may be returned only if:

  1. They are in their original, sealed packaging.
  2. They are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Conditions

  1. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  3. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  4. Additional taxes and duties incurred during return shipping are the customer's responsibility. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
